Situation

A legacy finance platform needed to be replaced while the team kept closing the books and reporting.

Constraint

Data integrity had to be preserved through conversion, while the close and reporting responsibilities continued.

Intervention

Led the move to Sage Intacct: segmented database conversion, fixed-asset migration, configuration, API integrations, AI-enabled tools, user training, integrity controls, and post-implementation support. Alongside it, owned reconciliations, journal entries, depreciation, amortization, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
