I’m Luiz Gabriel Gonzales, a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant who connects financial stewardship with practical systems building.
Based in Norfolk, Virginia, I bring experience across healthcare, nonprofit, real estate, and international finance. My work spans controllership, financial reporting, internal controls, ERP transformation, revenue integrity, and audit readiness.

I believe strong finance leadership requires both technical rigor and an understanding of the people doing the work. Reliable numbers need clear ownership, useful controls, and systems people can actually use.
That is why I work across the boundary between finance and technology. I can lead a close or a budget conversation, then work through the model, integration, or workflow needed to make the next cycle better.
My toolkit includes GAAP and IFRS expertise, Sage Intacct, Power BI, Tableau, Python, VBA, and the Microsoft Power Platform, plus FastAPI, TypeScript, and React for the systems I build independently. The tool follows the need.
